**"Mushroom Mama"** is a new to the City Food Joint. Providing quick service on Mushroom based Recipes and Products.

We are seeking a Trusty talented person for our fast food operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary of up to 30,000 INR, based on experience and qualifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, including various Dish Preparations.
- Develop and adapt recipes to align with customer preferences and market trends.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize wastage to optimize resources.
- Train and collaborate with co worker, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and managing orders.
- Collaborate with management to innovate and update menu offerings.
- Assembling and packing food orders in carry-out containers and bags
- Assisting cooks with food preparation
- Taking payments for food orders and providing correct change
- Cleaning tables in dining areas
- Stocking condiment and beverage stations
- Taking customer orders via telephone and mobile apps

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a **quick - service restaurant **environment. (like - Burger King, KFC, Dominos, McDonald's, Subway..)
- Proficiency in food preparation and food safety protocols.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Cooking and a keen interest in industry trends.
