Focus:

- Manage safe and secure operations in accordance with policies and applicable procedures.
- Functional Responsibilities:

- Calculate EZFW and communicate with flight Dispatch and Departure station.
- Prepare Loading Instructions and ensure aircraft is loaded as per loading instructions.
- Prepare Load and Trim sheet.
- Complete LMC’s if any.
- Follow the standard policies and procedures laid down by DGCA for Load and Trim.
- Familiarize and follow the Company policies for Load and Trim.
- Check deviation if any and take corrective actions.
- Liaise with departure airport for on time departure.

**Administrative Responsibilities:
- Updating of manuals and CLC procedures.
- Personnel development and management.
