**Profile: Scan to BIM Modeller**

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Education: B. E in Civil

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end workflows of all BIM modeling projects, including, Project Scope, Defining all necessary deliverables and components required for BIM model delivery, estimating time and and QA/QC.
- Communicate with clients to discuss the project and our process.
- Coordinate with team members and work as per project requirements.
- QA/QC of all BIM models to ensure they meet the necessary requirements and standards of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Scan to BIM projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Should be proficient at Revit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Must know how to turn Point cloud Scan to 3D BIM Models.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Scan to BIM: 1 year (required)
- Revit: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
