Full-time Responsibilities:

- 1) Lead a team of School Principal, Senior Academic Excellence Managers and Academic Excellence Managers who monitor School curriculum execution._
- 2.) Design and monitor processes to track execution and progress across schools._
- 3.) Visit schools at regular intervals, train principals, coordinators, and teachers, observe classes to ensure excellent execution of the system across schools._
- 4.) Liaison between central and field teams to increase impact in classrooms. Coach and mentor the team to build their ability to service all schools._
- Requirements:

- 7+ years of Experience | Very strong academic background | Excellent people management skills Should have managed a team of 50 people | _
- Qualifications:

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams | Ability and flexibility to travel 5 to 6 days in a month._
- Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent relationship building skills | Excellent data analysis skills | Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and team skills | Strong problem solving and communication abilities. | Is organized and efficient. | Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things. | Proven ability to meet deadlines in the high-paced work environment. | Leadership skills to hire, coach and manage a team._
