IWEBCODE is a web design and development company located in Mohali district. Our goal is to empower businesses with high-quality websites that capture their thoughts, attract ideal customers, and provide the tools for easy management. We specialize in UI/UX design, website and app development, and other creative services. Our main objectives are to create happy customers, increase loyalty and retention rates, and decrease customer churn.

**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Location: Mohali 8B Phase**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges and position our offerings as solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, including negotiating terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
