**Job Description**:
- **Sales Support and Training**: You'll undergo training to understand the company's products or services thoroughly. This might involve shadowing experienced sales representatives, attending workshops, or completing online courses.**
**Market Research and Analysis**: Conducting market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Analyzing data to develop insights that can inform sales strategies.**
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending events, and leveraging social media platforms. Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients.**
**Client Relationship Management**: Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions or upsells.**
**Sales Presentations and Negotiation**: Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company's offerings. Negotiating terms and pricing to close deals.**
**Collaboration with Other Departments**: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Providing feedback from clients to inform product improvements or marketing strategies.**
**Goal Setting and Performance Tracking**: Setting achievable sales targets and monitoring progress towards meeting them. Utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track sales activities, manage contacts, and generate reports.**
**Continuous Learning and Improvement**: Staying updated on industry developments, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Seeking feedback from supervisors and peers to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies for professional growth.**
**Adaptability and Resilience**: Sales roles can be demanding and unpredictable. Being able to adapt to changing circumstances, handle rejection, and bounce back from setbacks is essential for success in this field.**
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
