- General Shift and based on project requirement may also have to work in shifts

a. Writing Rules using SailPoint api's in Java/Bean shell.
b. Concepts of Roles, Policies, Certifications.
c. Basic concepts like installation, Identity Mappings, correlation, debugging, filters etc.

**Good to have skills**:
a. Custom Connector
SailPoint Integration with different tools
c. Rest api's
d. SSB Setup
Very good Java programming skills
Good understanding of Deployment process.
Must have exposure in agile projects
