**Job Title: Unloading Supervisor - Communication Specialist**
**Location**: Panvel, MH
**Responsibilities**:
- **Communication Hub**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, brokers, and clients regarding unloading operations.
- Conduct constant and clear communication via phone to coordinate and manage unloading activities.
- **Driver Liaison**:
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient unloading of freight at various locations.
- Provide real-time updates and instructions to drivers regarding unloading schedules and procedures.
- Make periodic follow-up calls to confirm that trucks have been successfully unloaded and loaded.
- **Broker Engagement**:
- Communicate with freight brokers to confirm delivery schedules and address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Foster strong relationships with brokers to enhance collaboration and streamline communication channels.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Engage with clients to gather specific unloading requirements and communicate any potential delays or changes to the unloading process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Identify and resolve any issues related to unloading processes, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, equipment malfunctions, or unforeseen challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth resolution of problems impacting unloading operations.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communication with drivers, brokers, and clients.
- Generate reports on communication metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a communication-intensive role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Persistence and determination to achieve tasks and goals, even in challenging situations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with transport management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- English & Hindi is a must (Marathi will be an advantage)
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience not necessary
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
