**Job Title: L & D Trainer**
**Total Experience: 3 to 6 Years**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Classroom Induction & Training**:
Conduct comprehensive induction sessions to familiarize new joiners with company policies, procedures, and the microfinance industry.
Provide training on specific job roles, company products, and services.
Utilize various training methods (e.g., role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions etc.) to engage trainees and enhance learning.
**2. On the job training (OJT) & Support**:
Planning & co-ordination for the On-the-Job training (OJT) schedule of the new joiner with the identified field coaches.
Ensuring that OJT is conducted as per the prescribed schedule by regular follow ups & co-ordination with new joiners & field coaches.
Offer ongoing support to new joiners, addressing any challenges they may encounter in the field.
**3. Performance Evaluation & Feedback**:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of new employees during their initial 30, 60, and 90 days.
As per training need assessment, nominating the identified low performing new joiners for re-induction to improve their required skills.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to help new joiners understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement personalized development plans to address any performance gaps and ensure continuous improvement.
**4. Course Correction & Development**:
Identify training needs and make recommendations for additional training or adjustments to the training program.
Work closely with the HR and management teams to ensure alignment between training initiatives and business goals.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages new joiners to thrive.
**5. Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, evaluations, and feedback provided to new joiners.
Prepare and submit regular reports on the progress and performance of new joiners to the Training Manager/HR Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or equivalent, Master’s degree is preferable.
- Proven experience as a Trainer or Coach, preferably in the microfinance or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as per the requirements.
