Are you an aspiring and dynamic **UI/UX **designers who has a passion for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design? **WELOIN** is on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as **"Trainee Designers"**

**# Selection Procedure & Job Details**:

- **# Interview Process**:Two rounds of interviews, including a Machine Test, Technical Round, and HR Round.
- **# Training Period**: 6 months
- **# Education**: Undergraduate/Postgraduate

**# Skills Required**:

- Problem-solving attitude

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**# Salary During Training**: Upto ₹10k INR/month (Based on Interview Score). Upon successful training completion, upto 3.2 LPA CTC will be offered (based on performance during training).

**# UI UX Designer Responsibilities**:

- Learn and implement industry standards of Design coping with emerging trends and patterns.
- Learn how to deliver a perfect blend of unique, creative, simple design on time.
- Investigating user experience design requirements.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for brands.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with different teams, and internal and external designers and stakeholders to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design.

**# UI UX Designer Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree/design course from a design institute is preferable.
- A self-designed portfolio of design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of software & and technologies like Figma, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
