Ø Manage the books of accounts for CPA clients, including bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks.

Ø Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions.

Ø Work on backlog files to address any outstanding financial issues and ensure completeness of records.

Ø Manage the US payroll process, recording payroll entries, and reconciling quarterly with payroll returns 941 and yearly with W2/W3 copies.

Ø Review the books of accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis, drafting open points, and preparing financial reports.

Ø Assist seniors in finalization tasks during year-end processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
