**Responsibilities**:

2. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and permits that affect the organization's operations. Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable rules and regulations.

3. Communication: Establish and maintain effective lines of communication to convey the organization's goals, needs, and requirements to external parties. This includes written and verbal communication.

4. Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise between the organization and external stakeholders. Work to find mutually acceptable solutions and mitigate potential risks.

5. Information Sharing: Share information and updates with internal teams to keep them informed about external developments and requirements that may impact the organization.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interactions, permits, and regulatory compliance. Provide regular reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as necessary.
