Shift manpower plan allocation work wise
- Achieving Daily Production Target by effectively using all resources
- Ensuring Machine Parameters setting in the specified standard
- Safely Mould loading, unloading and maintain the temperature
- Ensuring and maintaining hygienic safety workplace
- Maintaining 5S in the shop floor and sustain the standards achieved
- Daily Production report preparing and submitting
- Reducing rejection by using standard operation procedure
- Motivate the team to create high performance culture
- Maintaining WIP and RM inventory as specified Standard
- Leading the team of operators

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
