Role and responsibilities

1. Record Keeping: Accountants are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records of the company. This includes keeping track of all financial transactions, such as sales, expenses, and stock.

2. Financial Analysis: To analyze financial data to identify trends, make forecasts, and provide insights into the financial health of the company. This helps the company make informed decisions about investments, budgets, and other financial matters.

3. Tax Preparation: To prepare tax returns and ensure that the company complies with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Further advise on tax planning strategies and help them minimize their tax liabilities.

4. Audit Support: To assist with audits by providing documentation, explanations, and other support to auditors.

5. Financial Reporting: Accountants prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, that provide a snapshot of the company's financial performance.

In regards to billing and filing:
1. Prepare invoices and sales receipts for goods and services sold by the company.

2. Maintain a ledger of accounts receivable to track customer payments.

3. Ensure that all sales are properly recorded in the company's financial records.

4. Maintain records of all financial transactions and ensure that they are properly filed and stored for future reference.

5. Reconcile bank accounts statements to ensure that all transactions have been properly recorded and accounted for.

6. Monitor accounts payable to ensure that bills are paid on time and that the company does not accrue unnecessary interest or late fees.

7. Review financial statements regularly to identify errors, discrepancies, or other issues that may impact the accuracy of the company's financial records.

8. Provide financial advice and guidance to management on how to improve financial performance and reduce expenses.

9. Managing the organization's financial reporting and analysis processes to provide accurate financial data to stakeholders.

10. Documentation of other necessary documents for efficiency of the organisation

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
