We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated telecaller to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering the phone and explaining company products and services.
- Contacting existing and new customers to generate leads.
- Creatiscriptses script and updating the information obtaithe ned over phone
- Suggesting solutions based on customers need and requirement
- Genearating sales of product or service for b2b and b2c
- Update customer data in the database

Qualification:

- Bachelors/Master's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Strong MS-office skills
- Professional degree in sales and marketing will be advantageous
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Knowledge IT product and services preferred

Location: Next to Fab imperio hotel, baner road,pune

Interview Time:12-6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
