Electrical Apm

**Job description**
- Should have more than **12 Yrs. of experience in Group Housing & Commercial Project**.
- **Should have Experience of HT/ LT and HVAC works.**:

- Having good working knowledge of External and **Internal electrification** in **Group Housing Project & Commercial Project**.
- Should have completed and handover at least 2/3 Project of Group Housing & Commercial Project.
- Should have experience of Firefighting works.
- Should have experience of working with **External and Internal electrification** in **Group Housing** Project & Commercial Project**. **Should have completed and handover at least 2/3 Project of Group Housing & Commercial Project.**Group Housing & Commercial Project.**:

- Scope and develop initial designs and layouts for constructing projects, and then expand them into detailed plans and drawings
- Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially safety, electrical installations etc.
- Monitoring all the activities being carried out by the contractor, very closely and ensuring the workmanship and quality at every stage;
- Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Physical check and visual inspection report of all material supplied by client and contractor.
- **B.Tech/Diploma in electrical Engineering** with more than 10 Years of experience in **Group Housing & Commercial Project.**:

- Should have good knowledge of **HT and LT works.**:

- Should have experience of **Fire fighting** **works**.
- Having good working knowledge of External and **Internal electrification** in **Group Housing Project & Commercial Project**.

Should have completed and handover at least 2/3 Project of Group Housing & Commercial Project.

**Salary**: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
