**Role Overview**:
**About the Role / Responsibilities**:
The role of the Housekeeping Supervisor would encompass the following:

- Responsible for the performance of floor boys.
- Organizes and facilitates the room making process.
- Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and heart of the house area ofthe floor.
- HK Supervisor will be responsible for checking 80 rooms daily with common area.
- Ensures that the entire operation is performed as per the laid down standards.
- Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members.
- Report maintenance issues to the R & M team.
- HK supervisor will be responsible for all the customers complaints and CSAT.
- Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

**Skills**:

- Ability to deal with guests
- Good trainer and effective training skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to take initiative.

**Location / Compensation**:

- Location: Bangaloe
- Compensation: As per Market Standards
- Ready to travel.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
