- Check out of Day to day dispensing activity, manufacturing activity,

packing activity.
- Check out maintenance of log books of all instruments and daily records.
- On lining BMR, BPR, log books.
- Reviewing of BMR and BPR and also work with process validation

programs.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Head QA.

[1:47 PM, 4/13/2023] Office No 2: Custom samples at various stages.

❖ To Verify the all in process parameter during manufacturing process & packing process.

❖ To perform the process validation activity as per the approved protocol & ensure their compliance.

❖ To actively participate in change control, Deviations, Capa etc.

❖ Handling the sampling of validation batches at granulation, compression, packing & oral liquids.

❖ Review of export & domestic (BMR & BPR).

❖ Stereo Management, BMR/BPR Issuance

❖ Preparation of Master BMR/BPR.

❖ Control Sample Management.
