ASSEMBLY SHOP (Production, New vehicle build and repair)
- Tracking employee productivity, performance and task completion to meet quality standards.
- Maintaining top-notch quality control standards and eliminating downtime to maximize revenue.
- Train the team members to create new cars and improve their skills.
- Addressing the problems of workability and quality during the building of a new vehicle
- Implementation of the 4M change trail
- Establish and updating production schedules to meet changing demands.
- Planning and delegating work to team members to meet production goals.
- Lead the team and report on production summary on a daily basis (including vehicle produced, downtime ,Rejections and any quality concerns)
- Coordinated workforce activities and monitored operations to identify and mitigate potential inefficiencies.
- Doing new vehicle trails and solving work-ability issues (TT and LP build trails)
