1. Analyze, supervise and manage all Laboratory Department activities.

2. Plan, prepare and supervise laboratory services relating to national standards and organization’s policies.

3. Attain and manage apt and needed accreditation.

4. Provide and perform access to laboratory personnel for consultation and determine operational troubles in timely manner.

5. Establish, execute, review and evaluate laboratory procedures and policies and procedures for operating functions of laboratory.

6. Perform responsibility of Laboratory Document Control.

7. Head responsibility to maintain laboratory records, reports and files.

8. Perform activities to fulfil report requirements and record retention as established by accrediting agencies.

9. Support Director with laboratory activities and operation.

10. Prepare, implement and evaluate capital budgets and annual operating.

11. Analyse and suggest selected purchase equipment and monitor maintenance and service agreement.

12. Manage laboratory purchase of inventory, storage and supplies usage.
