**Position Overview**: As a Customer Success Manager at TapRocket, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support. You will manage client relationships, gather and act on feedback, and oversee the seamless execution of daily orders. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, improving retention rates, and driving overall success for both the clients and the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- **Onboarding & Training**:

- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up and fully understand how to use TapRocket’s platform.
- Provide training and resources to clients to help them maximize the value of our services.
- **Feedback Collection & Analysis**:

- Regularly collect and analyze feedback from clients to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with internal teams to address feedback, resolve issues, and implement enhancements.
- **Order Tracking & Issue Resolution**:

- Monitor daily orders to ensure they are processed and delivered accurately and on time.
- Address and resolve any issues related to order delays, discrepancies, or service quality, collaborating with logistics and delivery teams as needed.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track key metrics related to client satisfaction, order performance, and service quality.
- Prepare and present reports on client success, performance trends, and areas of concern to management.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improving client experiences and operational efficiency based on feedback and performance data.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
- **Client Retention & Growth**:

- Develop strategies to enhance client retention and drive growth opportunities.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend additional services or solutions that may benefit them.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, ideally in the tech or food delivery industry.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships and address client needs.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues and managing client expectations.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in analyzing feedback and performance data to drive improvements and inform decision-making.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order management and service delivery.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems, order management platforms, and other relevant tools.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
