Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide frontline support to company employees for resolving technical issues related to devices, connectivity, storage, and access.
- Utilize your in-depth understanding of basic computing processes to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT Head to understand the organization's IT policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination in addressing technical concerns.
Problem Resolution:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to workflow.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the IT Head for further assistance and resolution.
IT Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and guidelines established by the organization.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure to meet security and compliance standards.
Documentation:
- Keep detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and preventive measures.
- Support IT Head in maintaining accurate documentation related to IT processes and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in providing IT support to end-users.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of basic computing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks as directed by the IT Head.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
