**Job Description**:
As a Digital Marketer at Adia Hub Private Limited, you will play a key role in driving our online presence and brand awareness. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to attract, engage, and convert leads into customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine visibility (SEO).
- Build and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies or tools to improve performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for different digital platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
