Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Department: Home Loan Division

Location: Pune Dist All Over

Job Summary: As a Sales and Marketing Executive in the Home Loan Segment, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, promote and sell home loan products, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. You will work closely with potential home buyers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure successful customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:Actively prospect, identify, and generate leads through various channels, including but not limited to online platforms, referrals, networking events, and partnerships with real estate agencies.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify potential target segments and develop effective strategies for lead generation.

Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential home buyers, real estate agents, builders, and other relevant stakeholders.
Understand customers' financial needs and goals and provide them with suitable home loan options and advice.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.

Sales and Business Development:Promote home loan products and services to potential customers, emphasizing the unique features and benefits.
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and closing home loan deals.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product development or improvement.

Documentation and Compliance:Ensure all required documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the regulatory and legal framework governing home loans to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
Analyze sales data and market insights to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
