**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Own technical change management, source code, and technical documentation utilizing best practices
- Coordinate all stages of web development, from initial concept art to finalization and going live.
- Conduct team meetings with all stake holders and key project team members to go over schedules and operational milestones.
- Create and manage project plans for large foundation projects.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Be an expert with Agile methodologies and deliver these processes throughout the organization.
- Developing front end and back end website architecture.
- Creating servers and databases for functionality.
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
- Designing and developing APIs.
- Run all scrum ceremonies for the team, including Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Grooming.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular & React
- Proficiency with server-side languages PHP.
- Understanding PHP frameworks such as Laravel, cake, etc
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and SQL.
- Knowledge of full SDLC.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
