**Job Title: Purchase and Billing Coordinator ( Female Preferred)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Procurement**:Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective agreements.
Manage vendor relationships and monitor inventory levels.

**Billing**:Generate accurate invoices and reconcile with purchase orders.
Address billing inquiries and collaborate with finance for timely processing.

**Documentation**:Maintain organized records of purchases, invoices, and compliance documentation.

**Coordination**:Act as a liaison between purchasing, billing, and cross-functional teams.
Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve issues and optimize relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Min. 10+2 education
- Graduate/ Diploma Holders will be preferred

**Experience**:

- Fresher / less then one year experience
