Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce banking products and services.

Effectively explain the features and benefits of various banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, investment options, and other financial services.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions that align with their financial goals.

Generate leads and proactively follow up on potential customer inquiries to convert them into sales.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and individual performance goals.

Maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products, services, and promotional offers.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns or complaints effectively.

Utilize the bank's customer relationship management (CRM) system to record interactions, update customer information, and track sales progress.

Collaborate with team members, sales managers, and other departments to achieve overall sales objectives and enhance the customer experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position the bank's offerings and overcome objections.

Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements related to banking products and services, ensuring all activities are performed within legal and ethical boundaries.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers to make financial decisions.

Good understanding of banking products and services, including knowledge of interest rates, fees, and terms and conditions.

Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and simplified manner.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet research.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of calls and maintain accurate records.

Ethical conduct and adherence to banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
