Job Title: Jr. Officer/Officer - Packaging Material Store (Bachelor in Relevant Industry)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Jr. Officer/Officer for our Packaging Material Store Department at our Umbergaon Plant. The address of the plant is as follows: Everest Food Products Private Limited (Everest Masala) Plot NO. 40/1, Gangadevi Road, Village - Palgam, Ta. - Umbergaon, Dist. - Valsad, Gujarat - 396170.

Position Summary: As a Jr. Officer/Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Packaging Material Store and systems, maximizing the benefits from the existing system. Your specific tasks will vary depending on the size and structure of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage manpower and material handling on a daily basis.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of material from different vendors.
- Receive, unload, store, and retrieve packing materials and other materials using the Storage Racking System.
- Maintain records and documents, including storage reports.
- Follow standard procedures such as FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, etc.
- Coordinate with PPNC, PM Purchase, Processing, Quality, and Production departments to ensure smooth packaging material operations.
- Have sound knowledge of SAP software.
- Maintain all Packaging Material (PM) invoice activities in SAP.
- Solve errors related to the Storage Racking System.
- Generate GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Material Report, and Factory Transfers, and coordinate with QA/QC team to ensure compliance with protocols.
- Ensure PM quality, floor cleaning, personal hygiene, weight calibration, and overall responsibility for the PM store.
- Maintain proper stock in the system as well as physically.
- Conduct stock-taking efficiently.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the SAP system.
- Issue job cards in a timely manner, in coordination with the production department.

Job Requirements:

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, coordinating with materials, manpower, and other departments and systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food/FMCG or related industry with SAP knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
