**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee cloud infrastructure on both AWS and Azure platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated solutions using PowerShell, shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages to streamline administrative tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as DataDog to monitor system performance, identify issues, and proactively implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Lead and contribute to the automation efforts using Terraform, creating infrastructure as code (IaC) for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
- Manage and maintain databases, primarily focusing on Microsoft SQL Server, including installation, configuration, backups, and performance tuning.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the organization's cloud infrastructure and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **5+ years **of hands-on experience in cloud administration, with a strong focus on both AWS and Azure platforms.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as PowerShell and shell scripting.
- Experience with monitoring tools, particularly DataDog, for effective performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Expertise in infrastructure automation using Terraform, enabling efficient and consistent provisioning of cloud resources.
- In-depth knowledge of database administration, specifically with Microsoft SQL Server, including installation, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator, are a plus.
