Should Manage a Team of Recruiters.
- Must have experience in dealing W2 with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders
- Must be proficient in recruiting & individual contributor Recruiter
- Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
- Proven successful record in the U.S Staffing industry.
- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalising rates
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
- To understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
- Should be completing the Targets on time and deliver the desired result without fail.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
