**Qualifications and skills Required**
- Past experience in working in the field of small cat conservation will be preferred
- Experience of working in team based projects and community level activities will be a plus.
- Sound knowledge of ecological study design, data analysis and reporting.
- Capable of walking and trekking in hilly terrain and possessing two wheeler driving skills and license.

**Experience Required
Minimum 1-5 Years’ experience of working in the field, preferably with focus on ecological surveys, study of small cats, human dimensions of wildlife conservation, community based conservation etc.

**Broad responsibilities include
a. Monitoring small cats through camera trapping and other scientific methods.

b. Assist the programme in small cat conservation through community initiative.

c. Conducting trainings and workshops of nature guides and village youth.

d. Undertake all assigned activities in relevant project implementation plan.

e. Undertake any other work as delegated by Division Head/Project Head.
