**Experience Sales person from Jewellery retail industry**

a. Take care of customers including hospitality services.

b. To help customers to make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and ensuring orders.

c. Take care of unsatisfied customers including attending telephones call as per requirement.

d. Operate / maintain the ISO Quality Management System of retail sales on regular basis and attending Quality Check and Audit.

e. Taking an immediate decision incase other seniors are not present at the counter.

f. Implementing decisions of sales meeting, Quality check & Audits.

g. Proper display of the jewellery on display counters and show windows display.

h. To manage and maintain discipline inside the showroom regarding attendance, uniform as well as behavior.

i. Provide sales training to fresher and junior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

- No travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)

- Jewellery counter sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- English, hindi & bengali (preferred)
