**Job description**:
1.You shall be delivering soft skills sessions at all our project locations (rural & tribal locations of Nasik)

2.You shall define sessions as per the training guidelines & material applicable for the program and conduct sessions as per schedules & methodology

3. You shall be delivering on soft skills, life skills, employability skills, interview preparation, resume writing,

4.You should be able to give soft skills training to the rural & tribal population from age group of 18-50 years

6.You shall plan & take interactive sessions & youth engagement activities for the on-going batches as well as ensure full attendance for the training sessions

**Requirements**:
**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**

2.Prior experience in vocational training or skilling industry is preferable

3.Comfortable taking sessions at rural & tribal locations with group of 18-50 years and can work with individually minimum supervision

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- training (softskills): 1 year (preferred)
