**Job Title: Chief Barista**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.

2. Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.

3. Uphold high standards of quality and consistency in every beverage served.

4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, and serving areas.

5. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide attentive service throughout their visit.

6. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

7. Educate customers about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and specialty offerings.

8. Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.

9. Collaborate with team members to uphold café standards and contribute to a positive work environment.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, new coffee products, and brewing techniques.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of five years of experience working as a Barista in a café or coffee shop setting.

2. Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, roasting techniques, and brewing methods.

3. Demonstrated passion for the café industry and a genuine love for coffee.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

5. Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

6. Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

8. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.

9. Certification in coffee-related courses or training programs is a plus, but not required.
