**Corporate Bank Central**:
The corporate Bank Central team comprises of the Business management, Divisional control office, KYC, Mercury & other central functions. The scope of the Business Management activities will typically be diverse and may include strategic business planning, financial control and reporting tasks, control function liaison, headcount management and compensation matters, IT and Ops service management and enhancement, co-ordination of business case approval and project sponsorship.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Support for onboarding process optimization for new joiners/movers to CB, maintaining onboarding checklist, management and execution of general CB GY onboardings, e.g. user account openings, IT onboarding, etc.
- Act as a gatekeeper for Zoom - managing dbSupportPlus requests & preparation of reports
- Partner data maintenance
- Governance around purchase orders in dbBuyer and corresponding invoice processing of CB-membership and CB-sponsoring
- Perform the Information Barrier cleansing process, review and update the IBS groups, ensure adherence to the Information Barrier policy
- Interims-administration of sales support tool (e.g. OD-report)
- Analyses & optimization of processes

**Your Skills & experience**:

- Experience of business management or process governance & Cost control functions
- Analysis & Process assessment skills
- Significant attention to detail and high degree of initiative
- Excellent skills in using MS Office in specific Power Point, Excel and MS Teams
- Driven and motivated to work under tight timelines
- English Language expertise required, German Language expertise preferred
