**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**1. Data Entry**:

- Accurately input data into computer databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic systems.
- Enter alphanumeric data from various sources such as paper documents, electronic files, or audio recordings.
- Ensure that all data entered is error-free and follows specified formats and guidelines.
- Verify entered data for accuracy and completeness.

**2. Data Maintenance and Management**:

- Update and maintain databases by entering new data and modifying existing records as needed.
- Regularly perform data cleanup and validation tasks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Organize and catalog data to facilitate easy retrieval and analysis.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality by following established protocols and procedures.

**3. Quality Assurance**:

- Review and double-check data entry work to minimize errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct periodic audits of database records to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Collaborate with supervisors or team leaders to resolve data-related issues and implement improvements.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports, summaries, and statistical analyses based on entered data as requested.
- Maintain detailed logs or records of data entry activities and outcomes for reference purposes.
- Document any problems or discrepancies encountered during data entry processes and report them to appropriate personnel.

**5. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to coordinate data entry tasks and prioritize workloads.
- Collaborate with other departments or teams to gather necessary information or resolve data-related issues.
- Participate in training sessions or workshops to enhance data entry skills and stay updated on relevant software tools and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certification or training in data entry or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
