**Qualification**:

- Good technical skills and Excellent communication skills - English, Hindi and Malayalam.

- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Hotel Reservations & Inventory Management
- Handle channel management software.
- Online sales and business development.
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information about our holiday homes and services.
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
