**Qualification**:

- Freshers: Graduates/Post Graduates
- Good technical skills and Excellent communication skills - English, Hindi and Malayalam.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming service calls, social media leads with a courteous and professional approach.
- Demonstrate impeccable listening skills and a willingness to learn, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to deliver tailored solutions and achieve complete satisfaction.
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Hotel Reservations & Inventory Management
- Handle channel management software.
- Online sales and business development.
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information about our holiday homes and services.
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations

Please note: Intern would be converted into full time emplyoee based on performance with good ctc package after two months.
