We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team at GCIT and lead the sales efforts for our range of kitchen appliances on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the online sales process, from product listings to customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales of kitchen appliances on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

Create captivating product listings featuring high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and competitive pricing.

Optimize product listings for improved search visibility and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews, and take proactive measures to enhance performance.

Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement promotional campaigns, including advertising, discounts, and special offers.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities and differentiation strategies.

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure seamless order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing returns and refunds.

Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our online sales operations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the kitchen appliances or consumer electronics industry.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Proficiency in utilizing online sales and marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising, and social media advertising platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to achieve targets and deliver results.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
