**_Your role:_** In ADP, we’re building the next generation of technologies. Our mission is simple: Create powerful solutions that are efficient, intuitive, beautiful, and responsive. As a Architect, you’ll be responsible for the technical designs of key functional and platform solution for ADP’s external internal clients**:
**_What you’ll do:_**
- Work with support teams, product managers, analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology solutions consistent with the business objectives.
- Architect, design, code, and test software using technologies, techniques, and tools to create secure and scalable software solutions.
- Participate and collaborate with stakeholder for matters, including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, and procurement to assist in other aspects of projects.
- Review and create system, software and functional design specifications that address requirements.- Develop software designs, including infrastructure specifications, software versions, and Provide technical expertise to implement software solutions.

**_Qualifications you’ll need:_**

Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology

**Experience**:

- Overall 10 years of proven experience in building complex business solutions,
- Solid understanding of core computer science topics such as algorithms, data structures and computational complexity
- In-depth knowledge of Structured Query Language (MS SQL).
- Keeping abreast of developments and best practices in database engineering.
- Sound knowledge of best practices in database engineering and data security.
- Maintaining and enhancing the performance of existing database programs.
- Assisting database development teams in designing new database programs that meet the organization's data storage needs.
- Monitoring databases and related systems to ensure optimized performance.
- Writing new support programs and scripts to increase data storage capacity.
- Reviewing database and user reports, as well as system information.
- Performing debugging procedures on database scripts and programs, as well as resolving conflicts.
- Mentoring database administrators and providing them with technical support.
- Adhering to best practices in securely storing, backing up, and archiving data.
- Documenting processes related to database design, configuration, and performance.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
