Graphic Designer

**Job Role and Summary**:
A Graphic Designer and Motion Artist is a creative professional with a unique skill set encompassing both graphic design expertise and the ability to create dynamic visual content through motion graphics. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of visual materials, including static graphics, animations, and videos, to effectively communicate messages and concepts across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Graphic Design**:

- Conceptualize and design static visual assets for print and digital mediums, such as posters, brochures, social media graphics, and branding materials. Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide general information.
- Create visually appealing layouts, incorporating typography, color theory, and design principles to convey messages effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and clients to develop consistent brand identities and maintain adherence to brand guidelines.
- Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts using industry standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools.

**2. Motion Graphics**:

- Design and animate dynamic visual content, including motion graphics, kinetic typography, and video animations for a variety of purposes such as advertisements, explainer videos, and presentations for company and clients.
- Bring static designs to life through animation, incorporating movement, transitions, and visual effects to enhance engagement and storytelling.

**3. Storyboarding**:

- Develop storyboards and visual concepts to outline the sequence of scenes, transitions, and visual elements for motion projects, ensuring a clear vision before production.

**4. Video Editing**:

- Edit and manipulate video footage, incorporating graphics, animations, and effects to create cohesive and impactful video content.

**5. Layout Design**:

- Arrange visual elements, images, and text in a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing manner within various formats such as posters, brochures, logos, social media graphics, and etc...

**6. Image Editing and Manipulation**:

- Retouch and enhance images, adjust colors, and manipulate visual elements to achieve desired outcomes.

**7. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and clients, to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and refine graphical designs and animations accordingly.

**8. Time Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines for both static designs and motion projects.
- Delivering high-quality work within established timeframes.

**9. Stay Updated**:

- Keep up with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and stay relevant in the field.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Graphic Designer & Motion Artist: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kottakkal, Kerala (preferred)
