Spa Receptionist

Job Title: Spa Receptionist

Location: Vizag

/Part-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and spa lobby
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions to guests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist guests with questions and concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel as needed
- Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, and order as necessary
- Assist with light administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk - Receptionist: 3 years (required)
- sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Telemarketing: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
