**What you will do**

Media Relations:

- Develop and execute proactive PR programs that help position the company as a product engineering org
- Showcase the company as an employer of choice amongst engineering and technology talent and other key external stakeholder groups, through campaigns, sponsorships and other initiatives
- Guide and manage external PR agency to drive results
- Look for opportunities to increase brand visibility through speaker opportunities at external events
- Drive content-led campaigns in media and online platforms
- Interface and consult regularly with cross-functional teams across the company
- Maintain and build strong relationships with mainstream media and influencers

Social Media:

- Manage the social channels of the company along with the social media agency
- annual content planning, developing engagement strategy
- Have a good understanding of building brand reputation through social and be able to liaise with the agency to ensure consistency in messaging
- Monitor, moderate and respond to audience comments; manage third party partnerships
- Understand how to use engagement metrics effectively and how to optimize campaigns based on those metrics
- Be the voice of the brand on Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other engaging social media platforms
- Conceptualization and execution of social media campaigns/ contests from beginning to end, across different platforms throughout the year

**Qualifications**:

- You have a master’s degree in communications or related field
- You have a 10-12 years’ experience in integrated marketing with strong focus on external communications
- Experience with Consulting/Technology B2B brands is preferred
