This position exists in order to assure the Project & Product quality of new product development within limits of the business plan.

- BE/ DME

**Experience**:
Relevant Experience of BE with 4-5 years experience / DME with 5-6 years experience

**Business Understanding**:

- Product knowledge
- Audit skill
- Project Management

**Area of Responsibility**:
**Product Audit**

Preparation of check sheet, Virtual audit, Physical vehicle inspection (Static & Dynamic), Closure verification of validation issues. In order to ensure no deviation as per plan.

**NPI Process audit**

NPI audits of - DFMEA, APQA, RTS, PPAP, Stores, manufacturing readiness audit, QAP audits. In order to ensure process as per business requirements.

**Closure of Build & NPI process audit**

NCR review meeting with respective departments(PMO,V&V,SQA,ME & Purchase) for NCR discussion & resolution, Closer verification on document level & physical level. In order to ensure the process as per business requirements.

**NPI vehicle clearance**

Interim action verification on the vehicle, Deviation sign off for now concluded issues. In order to ensure zero deviation.
