**About the Job**

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our users. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes, design user interfaces, and test the usability of our products. Your work will directly impact the success of our products and the satisfaction of our users.

**UnBoxing Community - A Brief**

An electric & electronic products resource management engineering community-led marketplace platform is helping you make decisions with an “Intelligent Purchasing Thought Process”.

We provide consumer and industrial products, with access to comprehensive technical specifications, capabilities, performance, and benchmark data with objective usage comparisons for each product feature and function.

Our community of independent engineers, engineering institutes and companies shares product experience and performance information. We have collaborated with tech influencers to broadcast product experience videos. UnBoxing Community Analog Catalog Data Visualization tool delivers an “intelligent electric & electronics shopping experience”.

We are currently working on financing options for asset purchase with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and integrating with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) platform for pan-India deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish design processes and practices for UX and Visual Design that creatively and efficiently support our and user’s digital experiences
- Translate user needs and business requirements into meaningful user experience designs that are mínimalistic, easy to use, and add value.
- Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields to crafting user experiences.
- Understand the business context, identify the user personas, and define task lists, information architecture, and interaction designs accordingly.
- Be an enthusiastic problem solver who focuses on resolving business problems through a design-based solutions approach.
- Understand the technology constraints and provide guidance to delivery and client teams on how the design enhancements could be incorporated into them.
- Collaborate and review designs with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception for a better user experience.
- Present and obtain approvals from design leaders, project stakeholders, and end-users to drive your designs to success.

- Has a strong portfolio that showcases engaging user experiences and design problem-solving abilities w.r.t. Mobile, web, and/or print media.
- Is a good storyteller and someone who can enable a storyline or journey map by empathizing with the end-users and delivery, client, and technology teams.
- Has excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate design decisions effectively in words and writing.
- Exhibits a strong ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Leverage opportunities to grow technically and personally via initiatives, hackathons, conferences, and UX community involvement.

**Preferred Education and Expertise**
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other industry-recognized design tools

**Salary**: ₹6, 00,000 - ₹7, 00,000 per year

Experience: 3 to 5 years (required)

Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably Commute or willing to relocate with an employer.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
