Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Must have knowledge in Technical side
- Leadership qualities
**Responsibilities**:
1. Payroll Management
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Handle payroll-related queries and issues
2. HR Related Work
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage attendance marking and leave management
3. Website Maintenance
- Update and maintain the company's website
- Ensure content is up-to-date and accurate
- Help enhance the user experience through website improvements
4. Support Digital Marketing Team
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement strategies effectively
5. CRM Maintenance
- Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Keep the CRM data accurate and organized for effective use
6. Additional Specifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge in programming languages.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Thorough understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
7. Documentation and Record Maintenance
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
8. Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
