**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our digital marketing agency's operations and ensure the organization's smooth functioning. The COO will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the agency, working closely with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness of agency operations
- Oversee all operational aspects of the agency, including client services, project management, HR, finance, and IT
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the agency's vision and goals
- Monitor and analyze agency performance and recommend improvements as needed
- Manage and optimize agency resources, including personnel, budget, and technology
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the agency
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Report regularly to the CEO on agency performance, progress, and challenges

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Knowledge of industry regulations and ethical standards
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
