As an IT Field Sales Executive at PagarGuru, you will be responsible for generating sales and expanding the company's client base in the Surat region. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our IT and payroll management solutions to potential customers, primarily focusing on businesses looking to streamline their payroll systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the local market, primarily focusing on small to medium-sized businesses.
- Conduct field visits and direct meetings with prospects to present PagarGuru's IT and payroll management solutions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product offerings and their benefits to effectively convey this information to potential customers.
- Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service to retain existing clients and foster new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, especially payroll management systems, will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel locally within Surat for client meetings.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in field sales or B2B sales in the IT or technology industry.
- Knowledge of the local market in Surat.
- Self-motivated and driven with a goal-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
