We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Trainee to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry. The Front Office Trainee will work closely with our Front Office team to ensure seamless guest service and create memorable experiences for our valued guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, promptly attend to their needs, and efficiently handle the check-in/check-out process.
- Assist in managing guest reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Gain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance) to fulfill guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized front desk area.
- Participate in regular training sessions to develop industry knowledge, customer service skills, and hotel systems proficiency.
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front Office Executive or Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related coursework is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing as needed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
