Tender Executive

Napcloud is hiring Tender Executive for Jalandhar location.

To manage the bidding and scheduling of vendors across the region, ensuring cost levels are maintained at or below agreed levels.
- To monitor supplier costs, capacity, and performance.
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of the scheduling process, and ensure a seamless, timely scheduling service is provided to the project management and commercial teams.
- To provide consultation internally based on best-determined practices and learned experience.
- Recommend appropriate field supplier or methodology, based on fielding country and
study or client requirements
- Send bid requests to external vendors.zrvsRV
- Proactively seeks to challenge suppliers on cost and timing issues
- Share completed bids with relevant internal parties with recommendations, and advise
the project team on general and specific field scheduling issues relating to those bids
- Confirm new projects with vendors
- Communicate project-related decisions/changes to vendors and/or internal team in a
timely manner
- Monitor scheduling platform and prioritize tasks based on deadlines, factoring in time
zones and urgency of the request
- Build/maintain rapport with both external vendors & internal client teams and respond to questions and calls promptly
- Track and analyze vendor costs and timing
- Monitors field agency performance and provides input and recommendations to project
team based on cost, quality, or timing issues
- Provide ongoing recommendations for process improvements
- Review study specifications and agency availability to determine the most time and cost
an effective method to schedule studies
- Maintain records of all agency contracts and standards & give advice on country-specific issues (including external providers)
- Identify efficiencies and maintain consistency in scheduling external sample
- Assist the project team with the learning process of commissioning bids with vendors.
