We are seeking a talented and experienced Resume Writer to join our team. As a Resume Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling resumes and cover letters that effectively highlight our clients' skills, experiences, and achievements. Your expertise in storytelling and tailoring resumes to specific industries and job roles will be instrumental in helping our clients secure their dream jobs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information about their background, skills, and career objectives.

2. Develop engaging and tailored resumes that effectively showcase clients' qualifications, experiences, and achievements.

3. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry standards in all resume and cover letter writing.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in resume writing, recruitment practices, and job market dynamics.

5. Collaborate with an engaging team to deliver compelling resumes in the TAT described.

6. Meet project deadlines and manage multiple client assignments simultaneously.

7. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients to address any questions or concerns.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Resume Writer, Career Coach, or in a related field.

2. Strong understanding of recruitment practices and the ability to tailor resumes to specific job roles and industries.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

4. Proficiency in storytelling and the ability to effectively showcase clients' skills, experiences, and achievements.

5. In-depth knowledge of different resume formats, styles, and best practices.

6. Strong research skills and the ability to analyse industry trends and job market dynamics.

7. Outstanding organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple client assignments simultaneously.

8. Professional demeanour and the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with clients.

9. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Remote: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
